Beach House 415 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront, corner condo, with a private balcony that has views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex, enjoy resort-style living with three community pools one of which is heated, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant "The Deck" featuring unique coastal cuisine. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA and Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.

Watch the sunrise outside from two private balconies, or stay indoors and wake up to the sunrise view from the comfort of your master bedroom. The living room is comfortably furnished, and access to the covered balcony, a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 5, and there are 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.

Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. The master bedroom is furnished with a King, and a flat-screen TV, private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached master bath with dual vanity and a whirlpool tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with two Double beds to accommodate up to 4 guests and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is also accessed through the hall. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
