This family-friendly home is a perfect spot to gather your active family or a group of close friends for some outdoor fun in the sun! This home just steps away from the beach and has great views of the bay from the two levels of outdoor decks. It's Tourney time on the Sand! Have fun with your family on the private beach volleyball court in your backyard! No need to even leave your house! Wind down the Tybee evenings with a gathering around the firepit.

The main living level of the home is on the second floor. The living room looks out to the middle deck. The living room has comfortable seating and flatscreen TV. The open dining and kitchen make for a great space to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with 2 seats. The dining table has seating for 6. This level also has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a double bed and an attached full bathroom that is also accessible through the hall.

The third level of the home features the beautifully appointed Master Suite. You will not want to leave the room as you gaze over the Savannah River and watch ships pass by, watch dolphins play, and seabirds dive into the water. The bedroom has a King bed, and an additional Double bed tucked away in an adjoining space. The Master Bathroom features a beautiful all-new walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom on the third level, also a second master bedroom, is furnished with a King Size Bed and also has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The ground level of the home boasts an impressive outdoor setting! There is a covered porch that includes a tiki bar, perfect for entertaining your guests. After a long day of beachcombing and volleyball playing, relax with a cold beverage around the firepit.

The beach access is shared with the other houses on the lane and is located just across the lane, to the left and to the right of the beachfront homes. The beach can be accessed by the pathway leading over dunes to the quiet beaches of the north end of Tybee. The beach area on the North end is a very natural beach setting, tranquil and serene. This is where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. A soft sand path will lead you to the beautiful white sand beach. Spend your days watching large ships travel up the channel, watch birds galore, and glimpse dolphins at play in their natural environment.

This home offers in-home WIFI, washer and dryer, and parking for up to 3 vehicles.
