Bay View Villas 301 is a top-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with amazing views from the private balcony overlooking the Savannah River and Pool. The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. Relax in the comfortable living room that offers plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. Enjoy a nice dinner at the dining room table which seats up to 6 or cozy up to the bar for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all of the luxuries of home.


Off of the living room, you will find the master bedroom complete with a King bed, direct balcony access, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a large flat-screen TV. Sip coffee in the morning outside this bedroom on the small balcony attached to this room. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and is also equipped with a TV. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. This condo also offers an in-unit washer and dryer.


Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved covered parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.


Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, pool just for Bay View Villas building, 3 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.
