Bay View Villas 101 is a first floor, three bedroom two bathroom condo with a beautiful view of the bay, just over the protected dunes. Relax and soak up the sun in the community pool while breathing in the crisp ocean breeze. Guests will love the tasteful furnishings and décor of this condo.


The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. Relax in the comfortable living room that offers plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV. Enjoy a nice dinner at the dining room table which seats up to 6 or cozy up to the bar for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all of the luxuries of home.


Off of the living room, you will find the master bedroom complete with a King bed, direct balcony access, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, plus twin bunk beds and a TV. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. This condo also offers an in-unit washer and dryer.


Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.


Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, pool just for Bay View Villas building, 3 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.
