Atlantic Oaks

Atlantic Oaks is a great custom-built beach cottage in a wonderful central island location. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to Memorial Park - which features YMCA/Gym, a great playground, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. The home is on Second Avenue, which is the designated bike path on the island. Be sure to bring or rent bikes while on Tybee, it is the best way to see all of Tybee!

The main level has an open floor plan with a living area with a Queen sleeper sofa and kitchen connected. The large kitchen is nicely equipped and includes a breakfast bar seating 4, Corian counters, and stainless steel appliances. The living area is furnished with a 42in flat-screen TV, PlayStation 3 with BluRay and Netflix capabilities (just log in with your NetFlix account). The dining area has a table seating 6. There is also a full bath off the kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the top floor of the home, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 27in TV/DVD, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a Twin inflatable EZ bed for extra sleeping capacity. There is a full bath in the hall along with a King room with 40 inch TV and PlayStation 2 which also serves as a DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. High-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use.

Atlantic Oaks is a great option for families or vacationing couples. You will love the way the furnishings welcome you and make you feel right at home. There is a great mix of inside and outside living. Located just off the living area you will find a screened porch with table seating for 7 which connects to a deck with a gas grill perfect for cookouts. There is an additional small patio area, and a 6 person Hot Tub. This home is pet-friendly for small dogs and the small backyard is partially fenced. Another great extra to this home is the garage which is furnished as a game room with a Ping-Pong table.

Pet-Friendly for one (1) small/medium adult dog of less than 30lbs. Parking for up to 3 vehicles.
